Fan shrouds do not include mounting hardware. The height is 21 inches, width 29 inches. The distance between the bottom bolts is 14, distance between the top bolts is 19, distance between the top bolt and bottom bolt is 17 1/2 and the hole, which is the diameter of the opening of the shroud is 19 1/2.
