I can't find my confirmation / shipping email. How long does it take to receive your emails?

You should receive your order confirmation as soon as your order has been placed and processed.  Shipping notifications are sent out once your order has been assigned a tracking number and the courier has scanned your package at their distribution facility.  Please note that there may be a delay of up to 24-48 hours for your tracking number to become active.

Our emails may have ended up in spam / junk / promotion folders. Kindly check there and move it to Inbox so you don’t miss our next email.
